So, the big thing in quality improvement at the moment is Lean Six Sigma its one of those resume buzzwords like Human Capital and Strategic Management. I am currently in my last week of Green Belt training and I am SO over it... I am a white collar worker and really don't deal with processes so what can i lean or make more efficient? The class is way too long at 4:30 I am usually home sitting on my butt, but now I gotta work til 5 or 6 when I CAME IN ON TIME!

Also, this snow in MI thing is getting TOO OLD. I am so TIRED of walking out of my house and having my whole morning ruined by snow and ice all over my friccin car. Then I gotta factor in dethawing time and time brushing off the car... ugh... then some mornings they don't even clean the roads.. they are like f it let it thaw... my little 4 cylinder car sliding all over the place; i thought I was going to hit the curb several times and couldn't see the road!

I have decided that I want to venture off into a little local acting... I figure once the braces are off I can really speak and see if I can act. I always thought I was good; I landed the lead part in some school plays lol waYYYY back in the day and friends would always comment about how good I was at doing voices and reinacting events.

mm... gotta go, on the phone... I will add more tomorrow!

Its a leap day and other than the fact that I am paying extra interest on my credit cards today, nothing is going on...

I have had alot of visitors this month and some surprise comments from a friend from the past. All I can say to you Dizzz is if that is you, hit me up because I would love to talk to you - just catch up. It's been what at least 7 years since we last talked?


Anyway, I am single again lol - no big suprise here... I've come to several conclusions about why I end up with so many losers:

1) Detroit is full of undesirables - but was so Texarkana
2) I put off an I don't give vibe, which attracts men who aren't willing to make a commitment and don't care either
3) I may have given up on love - not sure that I gave up, but its not like I all India Arie ready for love and stuff
4) I rush some things in relationships that shouldn't be rushed and we all know how that changes the dynamics of relationships
5) The guys who are put together here are very into their jobs, which doesn't leave much time for relationships or family because I do hate on the D, but I do know some guys here who have it together

The last guy was so non-chalant and not to sound cocky, but he wasn't even on my level. Still in school, broke, unambitious, immature, etc, etc.... He just got on my last nerve... what's with boys these days to with that text messaging and instant messaging as the primary means of communication in a relationship... thats not going to work... Valentine's Day I drew the line when he sent me a Happy Vday text - no call, no card, no flowers, no visit -- a fricking text... must be crazy! I never replied - he texted me once more and I still didn't reply and he didn't either I guess he got the point...

In '08 I am just all about growth and learning to be more self-reliant and self-absorbed lol, which sounds crazy but I am one of those loyal, climb a mountain for you kind of friends - but most of my friends aren't the same with me. I figure they are self absorbed, selfish cows and it works for them, so maybe it will work for me.

I still need to lose weight --- its like a neverending fight -- I am pretty much maintaining weight now but I need to work out and lose weight... plus I am in two weddings and woo chubby bridesmaids are a no-no...

2008 will hopefully bring exciting things, such as the birth of Takeela's first baby, Ima's wedding, new friends and maybe a decent relationship! We shall see!
